Nurtured offers a B2B software platform enabling Users to create dynamic digital assets, such as personalized landing pages and microsites. The Platform also includes AI transcription services to generate insights from sales calls and content creation tools using AI.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities on your account. Sharing login credentials is prohibited, and any unauthorized use should be reported to Nurtured.
Subscriptions are billed according to your chosen plan, and charges are recurring unless canceled. Refunds are not issued except under the 30-Day Refund Policy or as required by law.
If dissatisfied with the Platform within the first 30 days, you may request a refund by contacting our support team with a reason for the dissatisfaction. Refunds are only available for first-time subscriptions.
Nurtured includes AI-powered tools to transcribe and analyze sales call audio, allowing Users to generate prompts for customer engagement. Users are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before sharing.
All content and materials provided by Nurtured are proprietary. Users retain ownership of their content created on the Platform, while Nurtured retains rights to the software, brand, and tools.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nurtured is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. In jurisdictions where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription.
By using the Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy, outlining data collection, usage, and sharing practices.
